I handle the transaction here, keep the referring agent informed, and respect the client relationship that brought the referral in. Key Nudge is the separate software I built around the follow-up and milestone work behind that process.
I accept referrals for clients buying or selling in Greater Sacramento, relocating between the Bay Area and Sacramento, or handling estate, trust, pre-foreclosure, divorce, occupied-property, and other complex files here. The referring agent receives direct updates at the material stages of the transaction without having to manage a local file from a distance.
